In-plant Office Space Above Innovative Facility

Panel Built’s first Project of the Month for 2018 has been awarded to this 41′ x 47’x 12′ inplant office atop a pre-existing mezzanine floor.  The building, sold through Jeff Davis & The Rembert Company, offers 1,900 square feet of office space for the manufacturing facility with a single wall dividing the space in two and has a roof system with a 25 psf load.  The building will provide the plant with a calm, comfortable environment for their employees.
