Inplant Office as a Testing Laboratory

October’s Project of the Month belongs to this inplant office for Shinsung, an automotive technology supplier.  Together with Jane Conkin of Quick Buildings Modular, we delivered the ~2,350 sq. ft. building which will be used as a testing laboratory and meeting space in their Alabama facility.  The new structure provides them additional finished out space in their facility that is conveniently located adjacent to their manufacturing area.  

The building is composed of white 3″ thick gypsum/gypsum wall panels. The majority of the rooms use pre-existing walls to help enclose the space, helping to reduce the cost of materials and time spent on installation.
