3,800 Sq. Ft Tall-Wall Modular Building

February’s Project of the Month Award goes to this 77 ft x 50 ft modular office system with 20 ft tall-walls!  The system was sold through Alpha Omega Shelving, Inc. Overall, the in-plant structure consists of three new modular walls, utilizing an existing wall to complete the building envelope.  Column & C-Channel framing is incorporated into the stacked panel design in order to provide the structure additional support.  The front of the room features a standard man door and a 16 ft tube steel framed opening so it can be outfitted with a roll-up door.
