12' x 18' Modular Office with Storage Roof 

February's Project of the Month goes to this modular office system for Northwest Offset Printing. The new building is a 12' x 18' open office space with sound-dampening wall panels and a through-wall HVAC system to help create a calm, comfortable workspace for their floor supervisors.

Further, the office is equipped with a 125 PSF live-load storage roof.  Mounted to the side of the modular office is a Panel Built fabricated OSHA ladder system for access to the storage space, and Panel Built surface-mount guardrail with kickplate enclosing the sides of the roof.
