L-Shaped Maintenance Platform with Lift-Out Railing
Panel Built’s Project of the Month for May belongs to this specialized mezzanine system sold through Jim Nelson with Trammell Equipment Company to their customer. The ~430 sq. ft. platform was custom designed with a ~5’5″ deck height to provide more convenient maintenance access for their larger pieces of equipment.
The platform is formed from royal blue powder-coated columns, braces, and beams and performance yellow railing. Steel diamond plate provides the structure with a long-lasting, durable decking surface. Lift-out railing is used to enclose the deck, allowing any section of the rail to be opened up for easy equipment access.
