25' X 18' Security Booth

September's Project of the Month goes to this 25' x 18' custom guard booth delivered through Chris Griffeth and Warehouse Optimizers in Maryville, TN. Their client, Denso, needed a custom solution for their security needs, and Panel Built provided a 450-square-foot guard house tailored to their specifications.

The security booth was designed with functionality and comfort in mind, featuring two office spaces and an ADA-compliant restroom, ensuring convenience and accessibility for the security personnel. For year-round comfort, the building was equipped with a wall-mounted HVAC system, while a 3-foot roof overhang creates a shaded entryway, offering additional protection from the elements.

Windows on all sides allow for maximum visibility, ensuring the security team can monitor the entire area with ease. The booth's exterior was finished in durable, saddle-tan steel with bronze extrusions to seamlessly blend with Denso’s existing structures, combining practicality with aesthetic appeal.
