Challenge: ARCO Design/Builds sought a custom catwalk solution for their facility, requiring a design that could meet their specific structural and safety needs.

Solution: Panel Built's engineering team collaborated closely with ARCO to create a tailored catwalk design. The challenge was to craft a 4' x 45' catwalk that would withstand the test of time and harsh industrial conditions.

Panel Built Delivers: The resulting catwalk design featured 5" x 5" x 3/16" square columns for durability and 22 Gauge Galvanized metal b-decking, covering 180 sq. ft., ensuring longevity. Moisture-resistant Advantech flooring, spanning 180 sq. ft., was incorporated to withstand various environmental challenges. Safety was paramount, with two ladders and 90 ft. of IBC-compliant powder-coated safety yellow handrails.
