35' x 27' Equipment Enclosure

April's Project of the Month is this 35' x 27' equipment enclosure with a custom mezzanine and modular office, facilitated by Dean Alvis and CE Thurston & Sons Inc.

The client needed a quick solution to enclose a large crane and add office space. This modular approach expanded their facility by 1,365 square feet.

Maintaining visibility of the plant floor was crucial, so we installed 45 windows for a full 360-degree view. The mezzanine, capable of supporting 125 pounds per square foot, provided an additional 420 square feet for storage and operations, including a 12' x 12' in-plant office. To ease equipment movement, we included large double swing doors in the enclosure. This sturdy modular construction perfectly met our client's needs
