17' x 37' Mezzanine

May’s project of the month goes to this 17’ x 37’ mezzanine sold through Truman Masters with Masterpiece Construction Company. With a 9’ deck height, this mezzanine was a perfect storage solution for the customer, allowing for storage both above and below the mezzanine. The custom dimensions allowed for a seamless fit into the customer’s existing space, allowing for handrailing only on one side of the mezzanine.
Bar grate decking was used to bring this mezzanine to 200 PSF. The mezzanine was finished with a yellow and gray powder coating for a lasting finish. Because this custom mezzanine was designed specifically for this area, the customer was able to double the floor space, adding a total of 541 square feet.
