July's Project of the Month: A remarkable 3-story in-plant office custom designed for Big River Steel.

Big River Steel, experiencing rapid growth, urgently needed to expand its office space to accommodate its growing operations.

This 20' x 69' office showcases Class A interior walls with vinyl-covered gypsum board, ensuring elegance and functionality. The 3" thick panels with a polystyrene core offer superior strength and insulation, creating an ideal work environment.

The office's 1.5" steel B-deck roof provides durability and a free-span design, optimizing the available space for Big River Steel's growing needs. Inside, the extensive 3,000 sq. ft. suspended ceiling system ensures a comfortable and productive workspace.

In addition, the project includes a versatile mezzanine, incorporated on both the first and second floors of the office. This mezzanine adds an extra level of functionality, providing additional storage and office space as per Big River Steel's requirements.

The office is equipped with 20-gauge insulated steel doors and twelve interior picture windows, providing security and a well-lit, welcoming atmosphere.
