September Project of the Month - Custom Modular Cleanroom

September's Project of the Month goes to this 2,074 square foot cleanroom delivered through Jake Reynolds at Reynold Business Systems. This class 10,000 cleanroom was designed to keep a dust-free environment for a hydrophilic coating company in Horsham, PA. The new cleanroom is made of FRP/GYP wall panels with an overall height of 13'5".

For proper air filtration, existing columns were wrapped in FRP/GYP wall panels to create a chaise for airflow. In addition, HEPA filters were installed to reach the classification of 10,000. Further, this cleanroom is equipped with a 30 PSF load-bearing roof to support all the needed components for the filtration system.
