Custom 11' x 45' In-Plant Office on Mezzanine

Introducing our October Project of the Month: a tailored 11' x 45' In-Plant Office on a mezzanine for Florida Crystals Food Corporation.

This In-Plant Office boasts 9-foot tall Class A interior walls, providing ample vertical space for various workspace needs. The 1.5" steel B-deck roof with efficient insulation ensures a comfortable and energy-efficient environment, while security is guaranteed with four 20-gauge insulated steel doors and six 22" w x 36" h picture windows featuring tempered glass.

The electrical package includes wall switches, duplex receptacles, LED fixtures, and a 125-amp load center, ensuring a seamless power supply. The mezzanine structure, with a load rating of 80 PSF and a clear height of 151", offers a sturdy platform for various operations. Sturdy stair systems and handrails adhere to safety standards, and all structural components are powder-coated for durability, ensuring long-lasting quality.
